Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. This exceeds the EU's mandatory 14-day cooling-off period because we believe in giving you time to fall in love with your bag.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been altered in any way.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at ladislda.co@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and address
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping Costs
- EU customers: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error
- Defective or incorrect items: We'll cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or full refund
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (within 3-5 business days), we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued
- Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at ladislda.co@gmail.com with photos. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
Your EU Consumer Rights
As an EU-based business, we comply with EU consumer protection laws. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (extended to 30 days by Ládis). For more information about your rights, visit the European Consumer Centre.
