1. General

These terms govern your use of loja-ladis.myshopify.com and any purchases made through our online store. By using our website, you accept these terms in full.

2. Products

  • All handbags are made from premium PU or genuine leather as described in product listings
  • We strive for accurate product descriptions and images, but slight variations in color or texture may occur
  • Product availability is subject to change without notice

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed
  • Promotional offers are subject to terms and conditions specified at the time of the offer

4. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products subject to these terms
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g., product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud)
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments or other authorized payment providers
  • You must provide accurate billing and shipping information

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy
  • Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Return and refund terms are outlined in our Refund and Return Policy
  • You have 30 days to return unused items in original condition
  • EU consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period as required by law (extended to 30 days by Ládis)

7. Product Care & Warranty

  • Leather products require proper care to maintain their quality
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, storage, or care
  • Defective products will be replaced or refunded in accordance with EU consumer protection laws

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (images, text, logos, designs) is the property of Ládis and protected by copyright
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product
  • This does not affect your statutory rights as an EU consumer

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Portuguese courts, without prejudice to EU consumer protection laws that may grant you additional rights in your country of residence.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law, including:

  • Right to cancel within 14 days (extended to 30 days by Ládis)
  • Right to repair, replacement, or refund for defective goods
  • Protection against unfair contract terms
