Thank you for choosing Ládis. We ship our premium leather handbags across Europe with care and attention to detail.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union, as well as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

  • Portugal: 3-5 business days
  • Spain, France, Italy: 5-7 business days
  • Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria: 5-8 business days
  • Other EU countries: 7-10 business days
  • UK, Switzerland, Norway: 7-12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We offer:

  • Free standard shipping on orders over €150 within the EU
  • Competitive flat-rate shipping for orders under €150

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Customs & Duties

  • EU customers: No additional customs fees or import duties
  • UK, Switzerland, Norway customers: You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Ládis, we want you to love your leather handbag. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. This exceeds the EU's mandatory 14-day cooling-off period because we believe in giving you time to fall in love with your bag.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been altered in any way.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at ladislda.co@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with return instructions and address
  4. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping Costs

  • EU customers: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • Defective or incorrect items: We'll cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or full refund

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (within 3-5 business days), we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued
  • Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at ladislda.co@gmail.com with photos. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Your EU Consumer Rights

As an EU-based business, we comply with EU consumer protection laws. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (extended to 30 days by Ládis). For more information about your rights, visit the European Consumer Centre.
